Administration, operations and finances for your condo — under one roof.
Our services
A condo syndicate has three jobs to hold together: administering, maintaining and accounting. Most boards juggle a manager, an accountant and a handyman who never talk to each other. At GMGI, all three are under one roof — and you have one number to call.
Our approach
You see everything, at all times. Our platform is open 24 hours a day: the board approves invoices and permits from a phone, the co-owner files a request and follows it along. Nobody waits for Monday’s callback.
Someone answers, even at night. A qualified technical team — RBQ and CMMTQ licences in-house — ready to step in when it leaks, when it freezes, when it won’t turn on.
Your building, as if it were ours. A dedicated manager who knows your building, not a ticket number.
Meetings, declaration of co-ownership, register of co-owners, REQ filings, insurance. The kind of thing that, badly kept, ends up in court.
24/7 emergencies, inspections, repairs, claims. The kind of thing that, badly kept, ends up in your basement on a Saturday in January.
Budget, collections, bank reconciliation, financial statements. The kind of thing that, badly kept, ends up at the annual meeting.
The leadership team
Three complementary skill sets, one team.
GMGI is led by three partners whose expertise complements one another: governance and technical management, financial rigour, and operational efficiency.
Marc Carrière, Adm.A. — President. Manager and entrepreneur for over twenty years. Member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, the CMMTQ and the RBQ. Graduate of UQAM.
Catherine Monette, CPA — Vice-President. Bachelor of Business Administration from UQAM, graduate diploma in accounting from Université de Montréal, member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec. Responsible for financial rigour and accounting transparency.
Pierre Viau — Director of IT and Development. Responsible for our preventive maintenance management systems and the continuous improvement of our processes.
